JANUARY POSITIVITY MEME

  I have a list of characters that I choose to write exclusively with. Kindly look through them before approaching me so we can avoid awkward conversations regarding this.

  Please remember that this is MY interpretation of Petra, and while I try as much as possible to stick to what's known in canon for canon verses, I do take liberties for non-canon verses.

  THIS IS NOT A SPOILER FREE BLOG. I'll tag spoilers as jane the virgin spoilers for up to a week after an episode airs, if you want to blacklist that.

• BASICS

  This blog is PRIVATE AND HIGHLY SELECTIVE, which means I will only be interacting with mutuals.

  Multi-verse and multi-ship. OC, fandom and crossover friendly.

  I am not Petra Solano. Her thoughts/beliefs/etc aren't mine.

  WRITING & REPLIES

  If we're mutuals, feel free to write me starters, send me memes and/or come to my IM to plot anytime you want, regardless of whether or not we've interacted prior. I do have discord ( claire temple#1301 ), but I only use it for plotting and/or talking to people. Everything IC stays on Tumblr.

  I'm slow. I'M SUPER SLOW. Sometimes I take days, sometimes I take weeks, sometimes even months to reply. If that's not okay with you then I'm probably not the writing partner you're looking for.

  I don't mind winging things/testing dynamics without plotting, but I'd prefer to start out with only one to few liners for threads like those, then build on it. Please be mindful of this. Writing large chunks of paragraphs for someone my muse has no relationship with is extremely tedious and stressful for me.

  If I write you a reply that you're not comfortable with, not sure how to reply to, etc., let me know and I'll be more than happy to change it for you!

  I don't expect equally matched lengths for replies. Write however little or much you want! As long as there's something for my muse to react to, we're good.

  Note: I will no longer respond to starters with guests inquiring at the hotel/similar.

  MEMES

  I'm a meme hoarder. I'll reblog memes, answer them a month or three later. Basically whenever I get an idea for it. So if you send me one and I don't respond immediately, that's probably why.

  You can send me as many memes as you want at any given time. In fact, I encourage multiple memes, because I won't always get ideas for everything I'm sent and having options makes things easier. I also love meme spamming every so often. Don't ever feel the need to reply to anything I send you though!

  I sometimes use memes to test potential dynamics between muses, so I don't mind being sent established relationship-type memes from those I don't have plots with yet, be it platonic, romantic, etc. I don't mind when other muns answer memes I've sent in the same manner.

  SHIPPING & RELATIONSHIPS

  Pre-established relationships are preferred. I find writing first meeting threads to be generally difficult for Petra, who isn't exactly friendly or interested in engaging in most conversations.

  I have a main verse ship with OLIVER QUEEN. If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to message me!

  If you wish to ship with me, let me know so we can discuss and set a private verse for it. I ship pretty much everything, so there's a 110% I'll say yes!

  EXCLUSIVITY

  I enjoy interacting with multiple iterations of characters and I don't take issue with people writing other versions of my muse either. I'm comfortable with duplicates, but I know not everyone is so if you have any issues about it, let me know and we can talk about what we can do about it.

  That said, I do have a list of muses that I'm exclusive with. I ask that you respect this and if I decide not to write with you, know that it's not personal and has nothing to do with you.

  I will not be exclusive with any canon Jane the Virgin characters. I'm open to having mains though.

  FOLLOWING & FOLLOW BACKS

  I generally tend to follow everyone back regardless of whether I'm familiar with their fandom. If I don't follow back/unfollow, it's likely because: you don't cut your posts, there's too much negativity on your blog, you and/or your posts make me uncomfortable.

  TRIGGERS & NSFW

  I will occasionally write about/touch on the following topics since they're integrated into Petra's canon: postpartum depression, post traumatic stress disorder, paranoia, cancer, abuse, kidnapping, miscarriage, death, murder, guns. If you're sensitive about any of these, please let me know in advance (at least prior to writing with me) so we can talk about how to avoid discomfort on your end. Otherwise, if you follow and interact with my muse, I'll assume you're okay with these topics.

  I'll always tag common triggers as content cw. If I miss something, it's likely because I didn't realize the post contained something triggering. If that happens, I apologize and please let me know so I can tag it in the future.

  NSFW content may occasionally be present on this blog. I'll tag those as nsfw.

  FACE CLAIMS

  I'm open to writing with duplicate face claims from the JTV fandom, but unless discussed, I'll automatically assume that, for example, a character using a Gina Rodriguez FC does not look like Jane Villanueva.

  MISC

  Let me know if there are problems regarding anything so we can sort it out, and I'll do the same for you.

  I am not Petra, but I'll do my best to roleplay my interpretation and understanding of her character. If you have issues with how I play her, find someone else who plays her to your liking. Don't hate. I created this blog for fun and I'd like it to remain that way.
